Help with start up Please

Hi folks,
Just got signed up to exceem and was hoping for some help please.
While browsing a noticed the best way to start is with a web page can't find the post with the site for doing this.
Can anybody help please?:-

Hello and welcome to eXceem

So, first things first. Have you signed up to FreebieJeebies or Kudos yet? If you have not, do that first.

Once you have done that, the best way is to create a website.
To do this you will need webhosting, a domain, and a template for your site.
I would recommend getting a .co.uk domain name as they look more reliable and professional than .co.cc or .tk ect. You can get a domain from Godaddy.com . Very reliable service

The next thing you need to do is to get webhosting. If you want it free, I would go for 000webhost.com . I use them and have had no problems what so ever so far

The final thing you need is a template. If you want a clean, free one, get it from styleshout.com . All you need to do now is to add your content and pictures in
