Questions about referrals

Hey, i want to ask about referrals.

1st: Do the referrals need to complete them self an offer to count as 1 referral?

2nd: If i got few referrals, will the site have a tab that can see referrals e-mail address and can see if they completed an offer or not, or maybe an email send to me says that got one referral completed and offer and his/her email address.

3rd: I heard that if i get 3 referrals, can exchange to my offer, is that true?

Thanks in advance because i just join this site a few days before.

1st. Yes
2nd. Yes, go to the "mystatus" tab at the top left. It will tell you the email of the person who has signed up, whether they have completed an offer or not, and some more info. You won't get an email saying they have completed a referral though.
3rd. Yes. I personally would just recommend going ahead and doing a free offer.

But the only thing is there is no free offer for my country(Malaysia).

But if you look at the fact that 3 referrals are worth £60 in stuff, or £51 in cash, that's a lot to waste when you could even do just a £10 offer, and keep the £51/£60!

Can i ask that the Lunar Pages basic hosting (not starter) only $4.95, how does it work? All i need to do is just bough the package then done?
