Can't get Intuit offer

I have just signed up at FreebieJeebies.
I couldn't get the Intuit offer, because I don't live in US or UK.

So, how could I get the Intuit offer?

Intuit offer is available in most countries what country are you from? And if there is an Intuit Offer on your offers page then you should be able to do it.

Is there any free offer for the international network? Because I can't find one.
