A&L Mystery...

Bit of a mystery...

I had a A&L Premier 21 pending and then a couple of days ago it went green...

Today for some reason it went back to pending, any ideas why this could be?

lol that sounds weird dont it.. the A&ls confuse me too cos i have some older penidngs still pending. i had one person do the a&l saver acc other day. i was pending for 2 days and went green. but others are still pending.

ill keep my eye on them lol

My friend has kindly sent me a screen shot of him completing the offer. Its just open an account nothing else?

they have to fulfill A&L's criteria - pass the credit checks, proof of ID if requested - deposit £1000 into the online saver account

it does say that on the alliance and leicester site (one of the conditions of opening an account)

Im tempted to do it myself, as I actually have £1000 unlike my friends.

I can't see that bit on the A&L site, but I'm probably missing it in all the "small print". I didnt think the Premier 21 was a "saver" account, I thought it was just a normal current account?

The bit I see says..."To be able to have a Premier 21 Current Account you must be aged between 16 and 20 and pay in your earnings. This could be your wages, allowances or other regular money that you may receive.
You need an e-mail address and access to the internet."

Another mystery, noticed that a pending popped up for AL back in september. But now its dissapeared and i think turned into a lovefilm revoked?!

The premier 21 and online saver are two different accounts, I think online saver requires the £1000 deposit whereas the premier 21 doesn't so it's not in the T & C
