Support going down the pan....lol

I raised a ticket this morning and had to wait a whole 2 hours for a reply. I replied within 20 minutes and had to wait further 60 seconds for a reply to that. I replied and now I have been waiting for over 45 minutes for this to be actioned.

What is the support coming to. I thought they had extra staff???

Only joking FJ, great support as always. Keep it up with the Xmas rush.

not being devils advocate or anything, but i can see what u mean and i woulda kinda agree. for people new to this its confusing enough without adding sarcasm, even though its appreciative, to the mix.
