but like if i get my buddies to just sign up to my ref link I'll get some few of referals? I think its like 2 referals on get ref for 1 on freebiejeebies

Do a search. There's a huge amount of threads/posts explaining why it's worthless.

I had about 2-3 completed sign ups with Get ref.
You may get the odd one but not worth all the effort really.
