Given that I've worked on 5 different incentives sites, personally I'd say I know the answer

I think at some point everyone think it's a great idea to start one. It's not, just look at how much time the successful network owners have to dedicate to these sites. If you look at rich and alex, they are constantly working to maintain their levels of support etc.

Would you really be willing to dedicate that much of your life to it?

Also, you need a fair amount of cash to start the site.
