Is it possible to get a prize with just referrals or do u have to have a offer completed?

It means that to be eligible to receive your free gift, not only do you need referrals who have completed offers, but for you yourself to have completed an offer too. If you are unable to complete the offer yourself, as said, you can choose to use up three referrals who have completed offers instead of you having to complete one yourself, on top of the referrals needed to receive whatever gift you're after.

3 referrals = completed offer, if you decide you dont want to complete an offer. Once an offer is completed you dont need to do any more offers, so you can get as many items as you can from then on without needing to complete an offer after the first one. So this means that once you've traded in 3 referrals for an completed offer you dont need complete any other offers (or trade any more referrals).
My advice would be that you're WAY better off doing an offer because a fast verifying offer would cost you around £10 (or you could do the free ones like lovefilm or intuit, i hear that intuit is quite fast) BUT 3 referrals is 3*£20 = £60 for an item or 3*£17 = £51 if you take the Money or Amazon vouchers. so £60 - £10 is £50 or £51 - £10 is £41, You'll be making money back used for the offer and you'd make a neat profit!
But it's up to you! ;D
