| Thanks for the comp guys. It certainly got my brain going! Any explanation of the 6172? and how did people guess that??? There are 10,000 4 digit combinations of 0-9 so it must of had some sort of meaning?

| I still don't understand why 6172? Was it just random? And how would knowing a programmer have helped? Was there a clue I missed that helped so many people guess correctly (or work it out)? I'm so confused!

 | Thanks FJ. My programmer friend said he could program a script that would enter each number in sequence until it said anything but 'Nope, thats not right. Try Again' This would run for a few minutes and then give the correct answer. This is hoe knowing a programmer would have helped. I sat for about 7 hours straight typing in each individual number until I got it.
