FJ Customer Service


Folks,

Just wanted to post a quick message to congratulate FJ on their customer service. I've only recently signed up and have emailed them with 101 queries (not literally) and I've always had a reply within 2-3 minutes (usually from a chap called Alex!). Although my account is taking some time to credit, I can't fault their customer service.

Just thought I'd mention this as I know too many people are quick enough to criticise but not quick enough to post positive feedback

Yes, FJ has fantastic support. Also, the 'guy' that has been answering your tickets is a woman

FJ is ran by 4 people I believe, though two others are more behind the scenes me thinks. Alex and Richard are members here at eXceem and they are FJ

I must apologise to Alex then for refering to her as a man - apologies (if you do read this thread!). Either way, you've been great answering all my queries.

I'm hoping to get a PS3 - that is my aim but whether I achieve this goal or not is another matter!
