   | Lovefilm update - take twoA few of you probably read my thread about Lovefilm moving advertisers so the promo code changing and slight delay in crediting (but more frequent reports once bedded in) Well we switched, there was an issue with tracking so we switched straight back. It's finally fixed, and we are now deeplinking straight to the signup page. Hope it helps conversions

| What does that mean - do people still need to submit tickets for non-tracks or can we request a speculative investigation in case a sign up didn't track? Also, what does this mean for pendings? I read somewhere they were at a few days but i've had one for over a week which i'm fine with as i'm from the 28 day old school place, but will this be changing or is it still the expected time frame? | Sorry saint, that's what I get for rushing - the tracking problems have all been sorted out and we've already dealt with any no credit reports (this was a month ago) Pendings should be updated more frequently - i can't remember if it was every Monday or every other Monday (it's my age!) but more frequently definitely although they've not started yet due to the initial problems we identified.

| The tracking didn't work sporadically for 2 days a month ago and I've already dealt with them. Last week's untrackeds should have been uploaded Friday, we were told they were actually uploaded and then they werent
