they are in a routine now, they are confirming the ones they can confirm every week. They 'need to get visibility' on the ones that are still pending after this process so these ones take more time. I've complained about the level of time taken and we have agreed a 46 day auto approve period for future leads (doesn't apply to untrackeds or ones still pending at the moment) but they should be the minority rather than the rule
