Hi. I've sent two support tickets but have heard nothing.
How long does it take before you hear back?
I'm on AOL. Are there certain internet providers that have been incompatible?
What do I do?

AOL may block the emails. Simply log into the support.freebiejeebies.co.uk website and check on your tickets. You may find they were answered very quickly

Hi, we've only got tickets outstanding from about 4am this morning (I am working through them as we speak and only have a few left to be fully up to date)...

I think I recognise your name and it's most likely we have received your email and have replied, but you haven't received it. We do seem to get problems with AOL users.

Could you please add our support email address to your list of contacts? Also, I think someone on here said if you raise your query as a support ticket through the support tab of your account you are less likely to have problems receiving our replies.
