How do we know when the freebiejeebies website is being updated?

Basically is there meant to be a way of knowing when the site is being updated. And when it is, is that when our accounts are being checked up on. Also do they check the offers we done so they can change the status to complete?

They are always checking them.

Offer completion is usually automatic but if you have problems then send them a support ticket.

If you get a sign up that does an offer or just signs up that is automatic and happens instantly.

Any support tickets are usually answered within an hour or two... max 24hours.

Gift verification is usually done in the evenings, but leave up to 48 hours before sending a ticket.

They are super fast and always updating

I have done the LoveFilms offer and people say it takes long time.

It should show as pending within 24 hours (often more like 1 or 2 hours), and then the pending status can last up to 28 days... that will be the bit that you've been told can take a long time.
