I just want to say thanks again for the amazing verification times, and the support. I changed my mind mid-order last time (after being verified within a couple of hours) and so managed to cancel with a simple support ticket.

This time around I received a reply to my custom order ticket about half an hour later, then was verified within minutes

Love FJ.

sounds good, I had richard reply in 5 minutes the other day (must he been bored) and he reassured me things were fine

if silly lovefilm and bingo liner pendings didn't take there time I would have verified today as well
