Are all the offers the same on all FJ sites?

If you mean in each country no, but every site (except points) has the same offers in the country as the other sites if that makes sense

another thing to add might be that you can only complete the offer once. So say you complete it on gifts.fj you can't complete it again on consoles.fj. Hope that helps
