Someone complete offer using my card details?

I've been here a while now so should probably know the answer but....

My girlfriends brother has said he will do an offer for me but doesn't have a credit card. Is it against T&Cs to go to his mums house and give him my card details?

Have you used the card to complete the same offer yourself as this would be against the rules and may result in the network not being paid.
