I explained to her about tracking and explained that she needed to send in a support ticket. OK, all sounds fine right? The only other two people who have ever emailed me have replied with 'I knew it was a scam blah blah blah' and then never done it.... So I'm not expecting her to either. *Cry* Why won't things just TRACK? [/rant]

| bingo liner not trackedHello, i have been reading your thread and i went through exactly the same.a little advice for you i sent a supprot ticket in explaining it has not benn credited to my account and they basically said the offer did not track properly so i sent proof by email of the offer i completed.do you think she could send a screen shot of her depositing £10 and also a screenshot of her player history were she has played through the £10 has proof.hope this helps goodluck hun  |
