  | Truly Amazing!I sent in a support ticket regarding IP addresses at 17:26 (I signed up at a friend's so asked if they could change the 'home' IP address for my account) and have received a reply at 18:11. It brought the news that they couldn't change the IP address, but quite frankly, the promptness of the reply startled me. I've never had such a quick reply from a support question!
