   | we never know when a report is coming in, although previously they always come in on Fridays **edit at worst you'll be waiting 28 days

| How often is it done? And if it's not done within the 28days and it get approved can the offer get taken away? |

| it varies which is why we don't know, they started doing them weekly but we didn't get one last week. If it auto approves after 28 days it cannot then be revoked.

| I think your service is better than Kudos but the kudos system is more user friendly. You don't you change your design and layout. |

| ok my friend is paying for lovefilm now it still says that his offer is still pending i mean come on its almost been a month maybe im just impatient but i have 3 others aswell and they are all paying for the service. i think if they are paying money forthe services it should go green |

| We don't get paid anymore for people who becoming paying customers. We get paid for all trials on the assumption that a % becoming paying customers. Pending status is totally out of our hands but cannot be longer than 28 days
