Sign ups on hold

I finally got hold of one of my 'On hold' sign ups last night and he said he's sent in a support ticket. Whats the chances of his account being unholded ? I've still got one more and i'm just waiting for a facebook friend confirm and then maybe i'll get him to send a support ticket in too. Anyone tried anything like this before.

but wouldn't it sound weird "i got my account unheld" surely it'd be "taken off hold"
