Radio 2 > Radio 1 anyday Not that i listen to much radio.... But of course in the case of a comp Radio 1 is best for the sheer amount of listeners it has!

This is a real life copper, and I would have only done it with permission ... and let's get it right ... I was asking a copper to do it on his radio ... So he would have been doing the transmission

Radio 2 have The Beatles, David Bowie, Rolling Stones and Bruce Springsteen in it's top 8 artists played Radio 1 have generally all the mainstream rubbish up there. Therefore Radio 2 > Radio 1. However Radio 1 i am told is bloody good in the nights at like 3am, but hey i'm not up then Radio 1 during the days is so generic i can't bear to listen to it any longer

lol, but just speaking truths isn't it Ultimately i'm calling generic as so much sounds the same as the next record etc. There is the same song structure in nearly every single chart song these days, there is no variety and it is just boring after you realise there is music outside of the mainstream and the radio!

Moyles hardly plays any music, in fact strives to play the bare minimum that the higher powers deem the limit.

Yeah good point, banter on R1 has been good when i listen to it so if it wasn't for the music R1 would be great!

It would suit me just fine if for my working day I could have Moyles on all morning with no music whatsoever except maybe his piss take parodies and Mills on all afternoon.
I don't really care much for any of the other presenters, too straight laced.
