 | Referral was there, now gone!I checked my status this afternoon and I'm pretty sure that I had a referral, albeit a not completed referral, but a referral none the less. I've just checked again and it's gone. I distinctly remember it being a Romanian referral and the name, even though it escapes me, was quite unique. Has this happened to anyone else? I didn't think you could take 'cancel' it. I'm rather boggled. |

 | Happend before to me, I also had a lovefilm pending which vanished but turned into a coral completed lol. they may have asked for the account to be removed.

  | I had this for the first time the other day. I raised a ticket and they said they only disappear if the people have asked for their accounts to be removed. However it seems to have popped up again from wazzup who said one of his trades has disappeared from his list. Is there any sort of problem?

| No sort of problem, they can't just disappear and reappear without some sort of intervention from us - unfortunately, data protection gets in the way again and we can't always tell you (the referrer) what is happening

| I understand that. I accept that the user may have asked for his referral to be removed but it seems to have happened to a few of us in the last few weeks. How many requests do you get to have accounts deleted?
