Two Newbie Questions

Hey there

I'm just wondering

I filled out an offer but I didn't use the same email I used to sign up on freebiejeebies, does this mean that I won't get the offer? Or that doesn't affect anything?

Also, my friend signed up on his house and and was going to do an offer, but he realized he doesn't have the same offers I do. Why is that? Also, his page color theme is different, does that have to do with anything?

hi, and welcome to exceem regarding your first question, it shouldn't affect your offer going green, if your offer doesn't go green it will be due to other factors e.g. Offer not tracking or offer not being completed properly.

I'm unsure about your 2nd question. Are you sure your friend signed up under your URL and registered on the same FJ subdomain as you?

If your account is on our Gifts or Gadgets sites, it is possible that the background colour showing when you signed up was changed by the person who referred you. On those two sites, you can personalise the site so that your referrals see different gifts and/or colour scheme to the ones you saw when you signed up.

Some of the offers are only available to specific countries, so different offers are available to different countries. If your friend is located in the same country as you, the same offers should be displayed on his account should be the same as the ones shown on your account.
