   | Stats figures 01/08/09Well seeing how it's August now, i thought you'd be interested to see our stats figures for the year up to July.  We slipped a bit this month with an hour as the average response time but if you look at the bottom row you can see why! Our tickets more than doubled in the last month (mainly due to going worldwide most likely) and our average for the year is still only 49m which we're more than happy with!
