Stats figures 01/08/09


Well seeing how it's August now, i thought you'd be interested to see our stats figures for the year up to July.



We slipped a bit this month with an hour as the average response time but if you look at the bottom row you can see why! Our tickets more than doubled in the last month (mainly due to going worldwide most likely) and our average for the year is still only 49m which we're more than happy with!

They are very similar to other support tickets, very few people are actually contacting us in a different language and most speak it pretty well.

You can see from the stats above that the number of tickets went a bit mad in July! That's as a result of opening up internationally, and it unfortunately affects our statistics because we have a much bigger proportion of tickets coming in during the night, so the average wait increases because those ones don't get answered till one of us wakes up (about midday for Rich on the weekend ).
