| The Screenclick offer has actually been paused by our advertiser, so we're not getting new offer completions through for this offer. We will get in touch with the advertiser for more information, but offers are usually only paused for a short period and once they come back, any offers completed in the mean time will be credited. OP - due to this, please leave it a little longer than the stated 48 hours before contacting us about this. |

| When the advertiser sorts it, it'll go green. Give it a week I'd say, then maybe ask again, but FJ sort everything as quickly as humanly possible.

| We don't have any further info at the moment, but we'll update on Exceem once we find out an estimated timescale. The offers aren't usually paused for long, but we don't have past experience of the Screenclick offer pausing so have nothing to go on. |

| so if they are paused would it be a better idea for someone to sign up to a different offer even if they have already done the screenclick ? also if its paused should it not be unavailable in the offers panel on all accounts. |
