  | Poor credit historyI've just had a ref on FJ saying that he has poor credit history  He doesn't have a bank account because no UK bank will accept him but he has this Abbey card thing, thats like a credit/debit card but isn't. Ermm my question is what offers could he do? Thanks

| He will have a standard cash card bank account. I started with one of these but I was able to use it for paypal transactions because they use Direct Debit to add money to your account from it.

| overseas offers are limited to intuit and worldwinner I think for paypal

| He can go to a petrol station (Shell do these) and buy a Maestro gift card for £10. Will work exactly the same as MasterCard online. http://www.maestrocard.com/uk/prepaid/type_gift.html

| Thanks guys, i'll just email him and say he can create a paypal account with the card he already has. I'm not expecting a reply though tbh.
