Is the Chit Chat Bingo offer still paused as I haven't received my offer credit yet and one of my refs haven't either??

ive havnt recieved one from ri as yet a month on but a referral did one for me on kudos and it went green in less than a day

Richard mentioned in another thread that the advertiser has paused the offer due to budget limitations so was wondering how long this is like to take.

Just to confirm, the Chit Chat bingo offer is still paused by the advertiser. I'm afraid we don't have a timescale of when this will be fully operational again, although these pauses are usually only short term.

I believe this will be the case for all networks (unless they have the offer through a different advertiser).

Ive just done one on kudos for someone and im a bit worried now that i shouldnt have done it

When was this one credited on kudos?
If its paused will it come up as pending? How long do offers normally pause for??

It doesn't go pending but will go green as soon as the advertiser unpauses the offer.

If you have completed it successfully then it will be fine and you just need to wait for it. Start getting your referrals whilst you wait and it will pass the time a lot easier.

just to bump this I have an FJ trade on at the moment with ndev2k, and we both did the chit chat offer - I guess it's unpaused now because my offer has greened but theirs hasn't, is it that you haven't got round to crediting all the ones that were done while it was paused yet or is it just that it hasn't tracked?

Hi Mac,

If it's not green now it means it hasn't tracked although I believe your trade has already contacted us about this.

Yes I have already sent in a support ticket as I had been pestering Richard about the offer since I was told it was paused. As soon as I saw it was unpaused I raised the ticket
