Greens are referrals that have completed an offer

Yellows/reds are referrals that haven't completed an offer.

and why does a person want greeens? what can they then do with them? also if on one of the trade forums you post your referral link and somebody does it as wel as completing an offer ('greens') what do you then give them?

Greens are what get you your freebies!

When freebie sites say that you need to get so many referrals for your gift, for them to be counted, the referrals need to have completed an offer.

Firstly, you'll need to apply for trade access to get into the trade section. I think there's a rule somewhere that says you aren't allowed to post your referral link in the trade advert in case somebody signs up before you reach an agreement. Once you decide ho you're going to trade with, you then exchange referral links.

There two options for trades, green for green (G4G), or green for cash (G4C). For G4G, you sign up and complete an offer for someone and they do the same for you in return. And for G4C, you pay someone to sign up for you.

Hope that helps.
