referring URL: untracked?

hi, i have got a friend to sign up for the coral offer

in 'my status' it has come up saying 'not completed' with 'referring URL: untracked'

all my other referrals have went thru straight away

has anyone else experienced this or can anyone tell me what this means?

This isn't anything to worry about. An untracked referral URL basically means that the page where your referral clicked your referral link from wasn't captured. If your friend typed in the address himself, then this will say untracked since they didn't come from a referring page.

The Coral offer should come through in couple of minutes (sometimes hours)

Untracked Referring url means that wherever they clicked your ref link from did not pass the referring url to the http_referrer.. There's nothing to worry about - the referring url is only for you to see where your referral came from

its also got 'offer not completed'

as far as im aware my friend deposited the £5 then played it thru

coral are normally really quick and ive never had the red cross with 'offer not completed' before

will everything straighten itself out in the end?

Yeah sometimes it can take a couple of hours for the offer to get a pending or completed status.

sorry to bother everyone again

ive just spoken to my friend and he said when he signed up to fj he got an email back to verify the account butt when he goes to do it it says his email address couldn't be found?

is this common?

I don't think that should happen. Get him to send a support ticket to FJ.
