Problem with autocreditor

We're currently experiencing a few problems with our autocreditor and as a result offers are not being credited. We're working on it and hopefully it will be resolved asap.

i've managed to get it to run and about 40 offers credited so i'm sorry for all of you that were waiting for those

that one's not autocredited although the batch date has been updated since you did the offer so please send in a ticket

Still waiting for my lovefilm revoked to be sorted. i know its not auto credit but i duno y its still revoked..

I'm sorry for the continuing delay with the Lovefilm's I'm doing everything I possibly can but have not been able to get hold of anyone for days.

I did wonder if the server problem would affect this; thought it wouldn't though as it's not SSL!

What do you mean? Everything is up to date now as the creditor is working.
