Got a referral but not showing in my list

I had someone sign up to Freebies few days ago.
Their email address does not show in my list of reds or greens
Also their freebies dashboard says they haven't completed an offer.
They currently have a DVD dispatched status on Screenclick.

What do I do to get them on my list as a green
And how do i get them offer completed on their own page.

They would have needed to sign up through your referral link to appear on your referral list and therefore be "your" referral.

Well they told me they did
Is there a way to check who they signed up or where they did via
I think they might have done everything separately or have their cookies disabled.

Is there a way I can have them open a ticket stating they are my referral ?

You will need to get the person who done the referral to send a support ticket to FJ and let them know they wanted their referral to be under your name.
