HSBC Reporting Issue

We've had no leads reported at all since 26 May on any of these offers - i've spoken to the network involved and the leads are tracking just not importing onto their system at the moment.

Just wanted to let you know in case anyone is waiting for these.

In addition the links seem to have broken tonight (i've tested other programs through the same network and it's the same problem on all of them) and the page is inaccessible for the time being.

Does this only affect FJ or all networks?

The reporting will affect all networks - it's an error between HSBC and the network

is this fixed now, as I had somebody sign up and do the HSBC current account... but it hasnt gone green or pending

Nope, sorry guys. The latest update was that they are still trying to fix it.

Do you know how long this offer normally takes to credit (when it is working normally)? I'm just putting information on my website and am missing this bit, did a search but couldn't find it - thanks!

it is now working normally (just missing the transactions that haven't come through for the downtime)

usually 2-3 days
