| Mini Mac | I work for Virgin Media and the DNS cache can sometimes take 72 hours to update fully. I have switched my DNS to openDNS for the time being and it works brilliantly for all the FJ sites. Just switched all my links back to FJ. Now just need to win a golden ticket in this weeks competition.

![]() ![]() ![]() | I know it wont help you but I been able to access all the sites since they come back and I'm on Virgin also.. maybe its just certain Virgin subs that takes time to update their DNS? Cheers Tom |

| Mini Mac | Virgin have at least 5 different DNS servers which is a fallback to the days when it was NTL, Telewest, Cable & wireless and the other franchises. Most people will have the generic ones of 194.x.8.100 and 194.x.6.100, I can't remember them exactly of the top of my head but the standard ones are those

![]() | The site is all back up and working, but it wont let me change my selection. I'm trying to remove some items, but everytime I click on change my gifts, it says I have no items in the basket and I can't find anything when I search. Is this just a gliche? Thanks |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | We're not aware of a general problem so could you please send in a support ticket (if you haven't already) and we'll take a look for you. |

| MJ lady with maracas | To add to what monkeyegg has said, try deleting your internet browsers cache. Unless the FJ staff have made some changes, which I don't think there has, the version of the site on the server now is the same version of the site on the old server at 1am last Sunday.
