hi i have 2 pendings missing but no sign ups missing i cant understand how that can be possible? big thankyou to all at freebiejeebies for getting the site back up hopefully things can get back to normal now.aimee

i got my friends to sign up after 11hrs ago so iv lost 1 green and 1 pending referral - should i open a support ticket? iv got the email address

Well done at freebie jeebies for getting the site back, and well done with the host for keeping good backups, that could have been BIG shiza!

The website is working fine for me, no need to refresh DNS or what ever you guys are doing

(im also in portugal on holiday.. yey)

you shouldn't open one no, they will need to create a new account and open a support ticket with proof of offer completion
