Hi, one of my referrals completed a books direct offer 4 days ago but it has yet to go green. I read that it should take 2 days. Is there anything i can do about it ?

It should go pending on FJ. I'm not sure if the status changes to pending when they sign up to books direct or when they get the books.

If it is still pending then I would wait. Although there is no harm in asking them to submit a ticket.

Books Direct offer should go pending after the offer is completed and then it should go green in maximum one week. There is no exact day when it will go green, because the reports come in at random days every week...

It's better to ask FJ support, because i can't remember if it stays pending for 1 week or 2.

The account status will update from pending as soon as the status is updated on the advertiser's site. This usually happens within 7-10 days for the Books Direct offer, but I have checked and we still have some awaiting an update from the beginning of June.

To be honest there's not much point submitting a support ticket about it because we can't do anything... if there is no change after another 7 days, please let us know and we will then chase it up to see if the pending period has changed etc.

Hey guys well it's been another 7 days and it's STILL pending. Is there no autocreditor ?

Yep, there is an autocreditor so if it is showing as pending on FJ, it is pending on our advertiser's site too. They are normally updated within 7-10 days, but I've had a look through the report and we have some from the beginning of June that are still pending whereas others as late as 12/06 have gone green. The advertiser must be changing the status at a set trigger (such as when the payment has cleared).

We will get in touch with them to see if they can give us any further information because it looks like they have had a change in procedures.
