Never tried this offer last time round, might give it a go to see how it results now that Netflix is discontinued, you can't beat $1.99!!

Do you still require a CC/DC for this offer or can it be payable by Paypal?

Tbh I'm not sure, hopefully a USA exceem member might be able to confirm. Otherwise I will let you know as soon as we find out.
