I'm new to FJ so I'm not quite sure how everything quite works yet but anyways.

A friend of mines was around at my bit when I signed up so he reffered me and the refferal has come through BUT it says 'NOT COMPLETED' beside his name.

What does this mean? Does it count as a refferal?

when he completes an offer it will change to complete , the problem you might have is that you can only have 1 account per ip address.
