| iPod 30gb | I would think you have lost the referral unless they have a damn good explination on whatever they done to get put on hold. I wouldnt bother over it doe, just try to get another referral |

| Mini Mac | you need to get your referral to submit a support ticket , they will explain what they have done wrong and if they will be taken off hold or not . |
