New Referral - Not Appearing. Can it be checked?

I have had a comment on my youtube video from a member called "Gaines9000" who said he had signed up and done the LoveFilm offer, but he is not showing up in my list.

I asked him if he definitely signed up correctly (i.e. clicked my link then signed up without going to any other pages first that would remove my ref link) and he said he can't remember.

Is it possible that one of the FJ staff could have a look to see if any member with a similar email address has signed up but has no "referee"?

I have sent him another message to ask for his specific email address but haven't had a response yet.

Hah, yea sure. The reason I posted here was incase someone had this problem before and knew whether I should use the support system or not. Didn't want to clog it up with rubbish. :P

he could be telling you fibs though as his youtube channel suggests that he's signed up to freebie sites already so why would he sign up to yours?

Yeah that's a possibility. But it's worth chasing up if there is a potential green in it right?

Oh and edit: His YouTube video was posted a few days after he left the comment on my video.
