Just to add that for the bottom 2 they have to try it for at least 5 days (it's a 30 day trial) or it will revoke

Is there anyway we (as UK users) can get the images for the USA/Canada offers? Because I have 4 of the UK offers on my site, and I would like to put up the USA/Canada ones also.

Well the Maxx Trim offer does 'cost' 1$, it's just that there are fees of 5.95$ for the shipping and handling. All of that in US dollars of course.
