2 Things...

1. The favicon that I am seeing on gifts.freebiejeebies atm is the yahoo one...

2. Someone has signed up twice, with exactly the same email address, right after each other - their ID's are 51214 and 51213

How could I get this fixed; should I send in a support ticket, or should I try and get them to do it?

Cheers

1. Clear your cache and then do a ctrl f5 hard refresh

2. They have to send a ticket in.

Nah, if someone has signed up twice (or more) with exactly the same email address, they will still only have access to one account so they wouldn't necessarily know that they had 2 accounts (and technically they don't, it's only on our database that there is two accounts, they can only access one of them). We can therefore delete it at the referrer's request, and I have done this for the OP.
