I have 3 greens out of 110 people!

I think ratios are really dependant on how you explain it to your referrals, I know some people are getting 1:2 - 1:4 on some of our sites (not trades) which is excellent. The average for the database as a whole is just under 1:10

Yeah I've had a Macbook Laptop but that was Real incentives.

Had a fair few ipods and such from FJ though
