I had a nectar card so what I did is complete the American Express offer but how much days does this take to be approved? Basically has this offer got any pending status?

I completed this 3 days ago.

If you already have a Nectar card I'm not sure you can complete this offer because that means you are already an existing American Express customer.

how? you cant buy stuff in like tesco with a nectar card? surely you can have both?

Like I said I'm not sure so it might be ok it might not, but the fact that the person already has a Nectar card means they are already an American Express customer because the Nectar card is one of their available cards, so I don't know if they will credit the offer or not.

Would be good if anyone can confirm either way (if they have applied for one of the other cards when they already have a Nectar card). Otherwise, we should find the answer to this due to the OP's offer completion.

well, first I said no, I don't have a nectar card, then it said, I have to be a member of nectar so I completed, I ordered books from bookdirect, is there any pending status in booksdirect, how much days does it take?

Yes, the Books Direct offer has a pending status that lasts around 5-10 days (we get updates approximately once a week but not on a specific day).

Just to confirm that you can have a nectar card and apply for the American Express nectar card, I have just done exactely that around three weeks or so ago.

Edit:
When I say nectar card, I mean the nectar points card and not the nectar credit card.
So, I had the nectar points card and applied for the nectar American Express card.
