Cheeky question?

Hi,

I took advantage of the offer earlier in the year where you knocked a green off the total number required on a wii. So on my consoles.fj account it dropped from 9 to 8.

I have not verified on this account yet, and was wondering if I could be ever so cheeky and change this item from a Wii to a 360 Elite, making the Elite 10 referrals?

I know I am chancing my arm here, but thought I would ask anyway

Ha ha, sorry only just read this... have you sent in a ticket about this since your post? (Only I thought I remembered reading something similar to this through support recently).

Anyway, the answer should be 'yes' (can't see why not) but drop us a support ticket if you haven't already so we can get it sorted for you.

Yes, you should have received an auto-reply confirming receipt of your ticket. We don't have any outstanding tickets at the moment so it doesn't look like it came through properly.

Hmm, that's worrying. Try doing it as a support ticket and as an email (to support@freebiejeebies.co.uk). Hopefully one should work!

make sure you add the freebiejeebies address to your safe senders list. Some providers pick it up as spam otherwise because of the 'free' in the name.

I use outlook express - and there doesn't seem to be an option to have a safe senders list? Plus I have no junk mail folder or anything on here either, so don't know where it would go?
