Little one first:

We've added the 16GB Nano to the gifts site.

Next is quite a big change, we've noticed that the way we do cash alternatives creates some inequalities in what people receive. So we've changed things a bit which also changes the rates for custom orders.

We will now offer a straight £17 per referral if you want cash or vouchers, none of this 85% business. (except on PS3 and HDTV where it will be £18 per referral)

Also you now get more for your money with the custom orders - it's worked out at a straight £20 per referral so for a 3 ref custom order you can now spend £60 instead of £50 and for 2 refs on apple only you can now get a £40 gift.

I've already changed select to reflect these changes.
