Referral signed up twice - please help!

Hi,
I'm new to these forums, just thought I'd join to see if anyone can help out with this. I'm on ps3 freebiejeebies trying for the 14 referrals deal, but in referring one of my friends, it seems he's signed up to freebiejeebies with two different email addresses, I'm guessing using the same name, home address, and ip. He's only gone on and completed one offer on one account, and I'm certain he'll leave the other one as it is. Is this going to be a problem when I try and verify it once I've got all 14, and should I get him to deactivate that other account?

Thanks for any help!

If it is DEFINITLY your friend twice, he can send a support ticket to deactivate it.

You shouldn't have too much of a problem convincing him to send a support ticket in... you did such a good job of convincing him to sign up that he did it twice!

It's obviously worth sorting out now rather than have a problem in the future.

Re: Referral signed up twice - please help!

ok so it seems the problem is more complex than i thought. the reason my friend signed up a second time was because the first email address he signed up with was a university one which he no longer has access to. will this cause problems when he raises a support ticket, as in, are they gonna send him an email to that inaccessible account asking him to confirm deactivation?

thanks for any help!

Your friend just needs to send in a support ticket in explaining he has two accounts, and the reason for this. We (freebiejeebies) will then try to sort this out for him
