![]() | problem with freebiejeebies??hi i was just wondering if there is a problem with the freebiejeebies team? this is only because i submitted a support ticket on friday morning and they still havent replied. im only asking because it is unusual for them to take this long. thanks |

I submitted a ticket the other day, and although Rich promptly replied (within a couple of hours) it didn't actually register his response for some wierd reason, meaning that it looked on my screen like he had not responded. Eventually i contacted him through exceem and he explained that he had responded and he was unsure why the response hadn't been added. Perhaps there is a problem of some sort with their support section. He'll see this thread sooner or later and let you know anyway.

Rich has now gone on holiday for 2 weeks and left (I think!) in the early hours of Saturday morning so I'm afraid there was a gap in answering support tickets while our holidays overlapped (sorry They are all up to date now, and verifications/ordering/support should continue as normal |
