![]() | cancelling books directhey, Just thought id share my experience with canceling books direct. I bought two books from them about 2months ago so i could close my account. I first rang and spoke a woman who said she would close my account, i then rang 5 days later to confirm my account was closed and the woman said it hadnt been closed but she was going to close it for me. I thought that was the end of it i then logged into my account about 10days later and saw a editor choice was offered (if i didnt decline, it would of been sent to me and i would of been charged) so i emailed them and got a reply about 7 days later (and thats only cos i nugged the support ticket after 5 days) confirm my account was now closed So thats the end of it...... so i thought ...i have just logged into today and yet another editors choice has been chosen for me which im lucky to of caught. Its really annoying me, everytime i ring i must get put through to a call center in india anyone else experience problems like this? i wouldnt recommend this offer to anyone, it cheap yes but not worth the hassle. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: cancelling books directNo exception will be made with regards to the cancelling of offers, the more cancelling there is, the less new offers there will be. If you don't like a offer then thats fair enough, to start throwing names around is not really on.
