you could have added exttra options, like have iphone as main gift?

2) Yes
3) Make it your choice
4) No have a MacBook Air

but either way, I would have chosen iPhone

Well lets phase the question another way "Would you prefer the iphone as the main gift OVER the current shuffle?". Other options are good, but i think we can all agree that the iphone is viewed as the most desirable!

It would be SO COOL if you could decide what you wanted to appear selected on your own ref link, then potential referrals could be targeted with greater ease.

Despite having an iPhone site that I could refer from, my answer has to be a resolute no (unless you can tailor it by ref link as Harvez had suggested).

My worry is that a newcomer to the scene may be prepared to go for a Shuffle at just a couple of refs but might run a mile if faced with something higher (that is only a pre-order).

I think the fact that it's 20 in favour and 3 not means that we have to do this as a short term measure, i'm definitely going to look at providing you with the option to choose the main gift yourself.

ok - even better news (cheers chigs) you can now select the gift yourself from the refer friends page (only on apple at the mo but i'll be adding to other sites later)
